Cause
The 01h: Over-Voltage Protection error code indicates that the motor and/or the controller are being overworked and pushed past their limits. This happens when the controller detects the power required surpasses the voltage limits of the motor and/or the controller, and it shuts down to protect the bike's electrical system from being damaged.
Solution
This error code will often resolve itself after letting the bike rest for a few minutes, giving the motor and/or the controller a chance to cool down. We recommend unplugging the battery, powering off the bike, and letting it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before powering it on again. After the error code is resolved, we advise that you refrain from overworking the bike to prevent the same issue from happening.
