Solution
For this type of battery issue, we need a specific video to assist in your warranty claim. Please record a video, in one continuous shot with no edits or cuts, and include the following in order:
- Show the battery serial number for 3 seconds.
- Show the battery in the bike, and that holding on the power button will not turn on the bike.
- Show the battery's LED charge indicator displaying zero bars.
- Without removing the battery from the bike, plug in the charger for at least 3 seconds.
- Unplug the charger.
- Show the battery's LED charge indicator again, which should now show some bars, indicating that the battery has at least some charge left.
- Turn on your bike and show that the bike's LCD turns on.
