Full name on the order:
Order number: Starts with "C" or "CA" for Canadian Orders or "U" for US Orders
Issue: Please try to be as detailed as possible to help expedite the troubleshooting process and prevent having to email back and forth
Serial number of the affected part(s): Only applicable if the part(s) affected is the battery, the controller, or the motor
Photo(s) or Streamable video link(s) documenting the issue:
For video submissions, please follow these directions:
- Record a video showing the issue (Take some time to talk about the issue in the video while demonstrating it. This will help the warranty team find a solution quicker and expedite your case in the process)
- Upload the video to https://streamable.com/
- Copy & Paste the provided link to your video into the email

Reminder - Please Submit One Ticket ONLY!
We process warranty requests by ticket numbers. Please submit only one ticket per claim, as submitting multiple tickets will only cause confusion and prolong the process for yourself and others. Please also reply to the same email claim thread whenever possible to reduce clutter in the system. Following our ticketing process will only help us get your bike repaired as soon as possible - and we hate to make you wait if we didn't have to!
